Zion Christian Church was founded in the Deep River community of Sanford, North Carolina in 1866.  We are an independent, fundamental, Bible-believing local church. We strongly believe in the autonomy of the local church, and that all of our faith and practice is dependent on the teachings of the Bible. We are fully committed to honoring the Lord Jesus Christ by living lives of holiness and service.
